After a great night's kip and spokes repaired, the boys left Cumnock at 9:25am for the 38 miles to Renfrew and lunch.
We stayed in Kilmarnock so had a 20 mile trip from B&B to the start. It's made for a later start but they are doing fewer miles today. 87 across three stages.
